If your Nadeef Bidet is in original unopened state, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund.
To process a return, please email hello@getnadeef.com with the subject heading "Initiate Return" followed by your order number. Please use the same email address you used to make your purchase to send this email.
Once the product is received at our location we will initiate the refund. Nadeef does not pay for the cost of returned mail, however we will provide a credit of $10 for your next order to help you cover the cost of the return shipment.
